  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 30g (1/4 cup) shredded cheese, Parmesan ideal
  • 1/4 tsp chilli or paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a small saucepan on medium heat add first the butter and allow to melt, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stir until combined, adjust temperature if sauce is bubbling, it should not boil.
  3. Best served immediately.
